Camp History
One of the neat things about SB2W is the high return rate of campers. As a result there are deep rooted traditions and strong term and team pride. Romans and Galatians have been competing to the Glory of God since 1966 and we have been keeping track.

Track and Swim Meet Records
We have had many incredible athletes come through the gates at Summer’s Best over the years. And some of these future Div I, II, III college athletes, professional athletes and even Olympians have left their mark on our Track and Swim Records. Check it out.
Whether it’s truly a surprise or not, Surprise Night creates some of the strongest and longest lasting memories for most campers. From defending camp from Vikings, taking on the American Gladiators, or dancing the night away, campers love this themed party night.

One of the hardest personal achievements to be earned at camp is the Overall Super ‘S’. Completing the hardest requirements in each activity is hard enough, doing it in just two short weeks is incredible. Since the start of Summer’s Best over 2200 Super ‘S’ have been awarded.
