Counselor-in-Training

Counselors in Training (CITs) are spiritually mature servant-leaders who have graduated high school and serve at camp as assistants to our counselors. Our CITs work alongside counselors to lead our youngest cabins through their days at camp- teaching activities, helping with programs, and pitching in wherever they’re needed! CITs are led in Bible study by a leadership team member and discipled during their time at camp.
Hiring for our CIT positions starts March 1st and continues until all spots are filled.
