Counselors in Training

Counselors in Training (CIT) are High School Seniors or older who display the leadership potential and spiritual maturity to serve and lead at Camp in an assistant position to our counseling staff. CIT’s serve in a variety of ways including teaching activities, helping lead the younger cabins, background help for evening programs, and assisting in a variety of jobs around Camp. While at Camp, CIT’s will be discipled one-on-one and led in Bible study by a leadership team member.

Hiring for the limited CIT positions starts March 1st and continues until all spots are filled.
